About the Role
At InPlanet, we are dedicated to supporting our communities in Brazil and beyond. That’s why we are excited to launch the InPlanet Foundation—a new initiative aimed at making a meaningful impact in the lives of those that most suffer from the adverse impacts of climate change. We are looking for a Foundation Manager who will lead the charge in creating and shaping this vital effort from the ground up. If you thrive on solving complex challenges and are passionate about making a real difference, we want to hear from you! Initiatives can range from supporting those impacted by natural disaster, social impact by enabling women in sustainable agriculture, DEI or education and innovation around climate change.
The Impact You Can Make
In this role, you will have a direct impact on the lives of individuals and communities affected by climate change. You’ll take this initiative from concept to reality, identifying the most effective ways to respond to crises, support rebuilding efforts, and prepare communities for the future. Your decisions will help us move closer to a more resilient world, as you develop strategic programs, oversee their implementation, and lead the Foundations fundraising efforts.
We are looking for a passionate leader with a strategic mindset, adaptability, and the ability to excel in a dynamic environment where innovative solutions are being developed.
Core Working Relationships
As the Foundation Manager, you will collaborate closely with InPlanet’s Founders and the wider leadership team to ensure that the foundation’s mission aligns with our broader organizational goals. You will also nurture relationships with local governments, NGOs, and community leaders to ensure our programs address the real needs of the affected communities. Additionally, you will partner with finance and operations teams to responsibly manage budgets and ensure transparency in resource allocation. Through these collaborative relationships, you will drive the foundation’s success and make a lasting impact.
Living Our Values

- Trust: You believe in being kind and transparent in the workplace, fostering an environment where trust thrives and collaboration flourishes
- Drive: You possess an innate drive to take action with a hands-on, can-do attitude, propelled by urgency
- Impact: You dream big and are committed to making a meaningful difference in the world, aligning with our overarching mission to address climate change
