In our next exciting chapter, we are expanding beyond our brand, communications, and content strategy into the dynamic world of performance and product marketing to drive the business forward. As we continue to innovate in the emerging field of carbon dioxide removal, we are seeking a visionary Head of Marketing/Senior Marketing Manager to lead our team and elevate our marketing strategy. This role requires a unique blend of business development acumen and a deep understanding of product and content marketing practices to navigate uncharted territories in our industry.
The Impact you can makeThe ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our 360’ marketing functions (including campaign management, communications, PR, thought leadership, brand positioning, and copywriting) but with a key focus on
building the bridge between content, brand, product marketing, and business development. With two highly capable team members already managing substantial responsibilities of content, communications, and brand, the Head of Marketing will provide strategic direction and bring fresh perspectives to enhance our brand's impact. Reporting directly to our Head of Business Development, this role is critical in shaping our market presence and guiding our innovative solutions to success. We are looking for someone with strong leadership qualities, a strategic mindset, and the ability to thrive in a pioneering environment where best practices are still being defined.
Core working relationshipsYou will report directly to Chloé, our Head of Business Development and a core member of InPlanet's leadership team overseeing the entire commercial function. In this role, you'll closely collaborate with Giselle, Senior Brand & Design Strategist, who is responsible for brand cultivation, thought leadership, and manages our talented Studio Team of creative professionals. As a core member of InPlanet you will partner closely with all departmental leaders especially, our Head of Carbon, Head of Science and COO Founder & CEO Founder to maximize our brand’s impact.

The reason behind our salary range being wide or undefined at the first stages of the interview is because of our international presence and globally distributed workforce, we utilize geo ranges to account for varying pay differentials, forming a crucial part of our global compensation strategy to remain competitive across diverse markets as we expand our reach.
These ranges are determined by role, level, and location, recognizing the nuanced demands of each market. The actual base pay for the selected candidate is influenced by factors such as location, skills, experience, training, business requirements, and market dynamics, with the range subject to potential adjustments in alignment with our commitment to fairness and transparency.
